When our skin is exposed to the sun for a period of time,
especially during summer, eventually it burns, turned red and irritated. There
are a variety of different ways to treat a sun burn at home.
1.Aloe vera
Applying aloe vera gel, eases discomfort, speeds healing and
moisturizes skin.
2.Baking soda
Put 2-3 tablespoon of baking soda in a bucket of cold water.
Pour that water gradually over your body for 10-15minutes, not longer than
that, it may dry your skin.
3.Cool compress
Take a small towel and soak it in either cold or fresh
water, squeeze excess water & keep the wet towel on sun burnt areas of your
body.
